How did you start out and get to Youtube monetization
That’s a good question! I’ll give you the short version because, over all it was about a 5 year journey (researching, observing, figuring out my niche and what I wanted my channel to be about). I started creating content consistently for my channel this year in April, I had just a few subscribers then and reached these milestones since that time.
Here are some of the main strategies that I have been using and will continue to use:
- Create content related to your niche and post on a regular basis (at least two videos a week or more if you can).
- Interact with your viewers, respond to their questions, etc.
- Learn to create thumbnails that are unique to your channel.
- Always try to improve your content quality.
- Pay close attention to your analytics, these numbers and figures help you immensely.
- Pay attention to what the bigger YouTubers with a similar niche are doing and what videos are doing well for them.
- Use other social media platforms to promote your channel (I use Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter.)
- Pay attention to SEO’s: Tags and search terms that are popular, trending or fire.
Those are the 8 things that I have been doing on a daily basis since April 2020. My account says I started in 2018 but, again, it was just an account that I had for watching videos rather than making my own content.
I hope that helps a bit?
